How This Works

  • 1. Schedule a Consultation

    Schedule a free, 15min phone or video consultation where we review the text therapy process and ensure we are both a good fit.

    *For parents, we will be doing text support, rather than text therapy.

  • 2. Fill out Paperwork

    If we decide to work together, I will send you electronic paperwork and payment information for you to read over, ask any questions, sign, and return.

  • 3. Get the Support You Need!

    After receiving your paperwork, I will get you added to the HIPPA compliant messaging app where you can message me at any time of day, voice, text, pictures, and I will respond 3x/week on our agreed upon days. Remember, this is therapy and we will collaborate on treatment goals, treatment plan, and the therapeutic approach that is right for you.
