Hi! I’m Stephanie.
Pronouns: She/Her
I’m passionate about helping women transform their lives from chaos to calm.
I have a special heart for women who are experiencing chronic stress and burnout. Stress affects everyone, but it often hits women—and especially moms—even harder. Left unchecked, chronic stress can lead to burnout, a dysregulated nervous system, and eventually, chronic illness.
My mission is to empower women to manage stress more effectively and to feel amazing in both their minds and their bodies. We don’t have to accept a stressful life as the norm. There are so many tools available to help you live your best life and truly thrive while doing it.
I take an integrated approach to wellness, focusing on full-body balance and supporting clients in finding calm, energy, and joy in their daily lives. Together, we can create a path to sustainable well-being and a life that feels as good as it looks.
How my passion developed:
Growing up, I always struggled with gut issues. After the birth of my first child, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Ulcerative Colitis. What was supposed to be one of the happiest times of my life turned into a season of deep mental and physical pain as I fought for my health. All I wanted was to be present for my baby, but I was so physically unwell that it felt impossible.
It’s hard to be fully present in life when you’re battling low energy, chronic pain, and mental exhaustion.
As I began to dig deeper into the causes of autoimmune conditions, I started connecting the dots. Events in my life had left me with a highly dysregulated nervous system, and my people-pleasing tendencies and lack of boundaries had pushed my emotions down until my body couldn’t take it anymore. My autoimmune disease wasn’t just an illness—it was my body’s way of fighting for me, demanding that I finally prioritize my own needs.
This realization was a turning point. At the same time, I began researching the mind-body connection, gut health, and the relationship between chronic stress, inflammation, and mental health. It became clear that everything was interconnected. If I wanted true healing and balance in my mind and body, I needed to approach it from all angles. I needed an integrated approach.
Through trial and error, I started to feel better physically and emotionally. I began to truly understand myself, love myself, and prioritize my well-being. As I embraced balance in my life, I developed a deep passion for holistic wellness and went on to work as a therapist at one of the country’s top wellness retreats. There, I witnessed the transformative power of combining nutrition, movement, self-care, and therapy.
I’ve lived through years of chronic illness and relentless stress, and I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the process. But I’ve also learned that the answer isn’t to try harder, give endlessly to others, or push yourself to the breaking point. It’s about giving yourself space, loving yourself fully, and truly taking care of your whole self.
My passion now is to help other women—especially busy moms—realize the same. I believe an integrated approach to chronic stress is the key to feeling your best and living a life that truly feels amazing. You deserve to thrive, and I’m here to help you make that happen.
