Group Structure (First week will be slightly different)

1:30-1:50pm- Centering exercise & group processing

1:50- 2:15pm- Topic of the week, skill introduction & practice

2:15-2:30pm- Reflections, goals, & closing

**In light of Hurricane Helene and the devastation on our town, we do not want cost to be prohibiting factor for joining this group. Please let me know if you need financial assistance, OR if you would like to help provide financial assistance for another group member in need.
